A dispatch brand, not a fleet we're pretending to own

Cheney Towing is a locally operated dispatch brand. When you call, the number connects to dispatch, which routes your job to a licensed, insured towing operator working the Cheney and West Plains area. We're upfront about that structure because it's the honest one: a single phone line that gets the right truck to you, rather than a claim to be some large fleet with a long backstory. We don't publish invented years-in-business figures or a founder story we can't back up. What we can tell you is how a call actually works and what standard the operators on our line are held to.

That structure exists for a practical reason. A single dispatch line can route your call to whichever licensed operator is actually closest and available, rather than leaving you stuck if one truck is already on a job across town. You get the same up-front pricing and the same standards no matter which operator shows up, because the standard lives with the dispatch line, not with any one truck.

What every operator on this line has to meet

Every operator dispatched through Cheney Towing has to clear a short, non-negotiable list before they take a call from us.

• Licensed to operate a tow vehicle in Washington State
• Carries current commercial insurance for the vehicle and the job
• Quotes price before work starts, no surprise add-ons after the fact
• Treats your vehicle and your time with the same care they'd want for their own
• Knows the local roads, not just a GPS pin

If an operator doesn't meet that bar, they don't get calls routed to them. That's the whole standard, and it's one we can actually stand behind.

We also don't claim a partnership with any insurer, roadside plan provider, or membership program. If your policy or plan reimburses towing, that's a conversation between you and them after the fact, and we'll give you a receipt with everything they typically ask for. What we won't do is tell you we're something we're not to make the pitch sound bigger than it is.

Why It's Set Up This Way
